If more than one task is requested it follows the order of submission within the maximum stipulated number of tasks per time – e.g. for the “Advanced Plan” up to 3 requests at a time.

Prioritization and Emergency

We do not prioritize tasks except the “emergency tasks” for the plans with such options. For those the response time is according to plan and with respect to the stipulated maximum number of emergency tasks. As emergency tasks are considered only the ones flagged as emergency in the ticket system.

Subscription Renewal

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on the last day of your plan (monthly or annual).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Once you request your refund, we will restore back your website to the date before we did any work on it and then we will send your money back.

In case you would like to cancel your annual subscription we will refund the share of the subscription fee up to the remaining months of your subscription including the month in which you requested the refund.
